Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Advisor for our client based in the Milton Keynes area.

This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.

Duties will include:-

Updating customers with information regarding products.
Responding to correspondence via telephone, emails, site visits, etc.
Dealing with customers questions and queries in a timely and understanding manner.
Guiding customers through processes from on-boarding to solving the resolution.
Escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
Enter communication and accurate records onto the computer system.
Meet individual and meet performance targets.Requirements:-

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong problem solving skills.
Patient attitude and empathetic when dealing with customers concerns and questions.
Be an excellent team player.
Have a can-do attitude.Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.

£13.00 per hour.
