About the Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and ensuring a flawless finish. You'll work with a variety of materials and techniques, maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
Mix and apply paint using spray equipment
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
Maintain tools and equipment
Follow health and safety guidelinesWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer (automotive, industrial, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and application techniques
Familiarity with safety procedures and PPEWhat We Offer
