Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Combined Locality Team - Knowsley

Pay Rate: £32.82
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Combined Locality Team based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
Deliver Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and commission appropriate care and support services.
Undertake safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions, ensuring compliance with statutory duties.
Manage and assess risk, attend MARAC meetings, and contribute to coordinated safety planning.
Participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, including completion of DSTs.
Work on a hybrid basis with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays, Fridays, and for duty/training days; car driver essential.Benefits:
