SITE SUPERVISOR – WATER, UTILITIES & STREETWORKS

A growing water, utilities and streetworks contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of utility and streetworks projects across Bedfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong NRSWA and utilities experience to join an established contractor delivering a steady pipeline of work within live environments.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of water, utilities and streetworks projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating traffic management and plant, and ensuring compliance with NRSWA and permit conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have previous experience supervising water, utilities or streetworks projects. A valid NRSWA Supervisor qualification is essential, along with SSSTS or SMSTS. You should be confident managing live sites, enforcing health and safety standards, and communicating effectively with project managers, local authorities and utility providers.

PACKAGE

The role offers a salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience, with long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of utility projects across Bedfordshire
