About the Role
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
As an Account Support professional, you’ll coordinate schedules and assist with clerical duties such as maintaining our candidate database. You’ll also help screen candidates and assist with interviews related to a specific account or group of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Research
Write and post job adverts aligned with account needs and budget.
Spend approximately 80% of the time making outbound calls to candidates to coordinate hiring activities, screen CVs, and conduct initial phone interviews
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
2. Account Support
Assist with bookings, check-in calls, and absence follow-ups.
Manage clerical tasks including emails, phone calls, and filing.
Support special projects and generate reports.
Help ensure client requirements are met.
3. Worker Relationship Management
Schedule and coordinate site tours/inductions.
Welcome candidates both in-branch and onsite.
Support onboarding and induction processes.
4. Team Collaboration
Support branch colleagues in achieving weekly targets.
Maintain professional communication and contribute to a positive work environment.
Participate in the team on-call rota for out-of-hours/weekend client support.
5. Legal & Compliance
Support payroll processes and maintain accurate records.
Assist candidates with registration and right-to-work checks.
About You
You’re a people person—friendly, approachable, and confident both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re proactive, inquisitive, and keen to get involved in various tasks.
While prior recruitment experience isn’t essential, you bring:
Strong customer service skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Excellent organisational skills
Reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
