My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Registered Manager to lead their well-established, purpose-built care home in Deal, Kent. The home has recently undergone a full refurbishment and offers a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You'll be leading a large, skilled team, with the aim of delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining excellent CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of care home operations

Lead and manage a large multidisciplinary team

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards

Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality outcomes

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Take an active role in turning homes around and sustaining good CQC ratings

About You:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting (Essential)

Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

Proven ability to lead and motivate large care teams

Experience in service improvement and turnaround management

Excellent communication and leadership skills
