Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver first-class support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, web chat, and other communication channels.

Tailored Problem Solving: Assist customers in financial difficulty by understanding their unique circumstances and providing fair, appropriate solutions.

Regulatory Compliance: Issue accurate regulatory notices while adhering to internal policies and FCA/New Consumer Duty guidelines.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed service level KPIs in a collaborative team environment.
