Our client is a leading main contractor / residential developer, delivering high-quality homes and commercial spaces that shape communities and enhance lives. With a strong pipeline of projects across the country and a reputation for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation, they are now looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our growing team on a new project due to start.

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has a solid work background and who has experience working for a Residential Developer / Main Contractor. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes covering, residential projects and schools. Duties include but not limited to:

* Manage the preparation and approval of technical drawings and specifications

* Coordinate the design process from planning application to construction stage

* Liaise with external consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders

* Ensure all designs comply with current regulations and company standards

* Support value engineering exercises to ensure commercial viability

* Attend site meetings and provide ongoing technical support to site teams

* Identify and manage potential risks and technical issues proactively

About the benefits / rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £70k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits including car allowance, bonus and private healthcare.

Requirements:

* Experience as a senior technical / design coordinator

* Must have worked for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor within recent years

* Must have residential build or schools experience

* Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty

* Degree preferred

* Able to travel to West London
