Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer– £36,000
Manchester Piccadilly – 8 Sites, all within a 10-Minute Walk

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team, covering 8 commercial sites around Manchester Piccadilly. The role involves working across a mix of offices, bars, and restaurants – all within 10 minute walking distance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance

* Working on systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and general electrical services

* Assisting with basic plumbing tasks and general building maintenance as required

What We’re Looking For:

* Electrically qualified or equivalent with experience in commercial environments

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

* Good communication and organisational abilities

* Willingness to carry out basic non-electrical maintenance tasks
