Job Title: Semi-Skilled Operator

Location: Middlesbrough

Employment Type: Temp to Perm and Permanent contacts available

Salary:

Day shift (Early finish Friday) - £25,397.74 + KPI Bonus + Attendance Bonus

Backshift (4 10-hour shifts) - £28,848.46 + KPI Bonus + Attendance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift (FLT) to move and handle materials.

* Overhead Crane Operation: Use overhead cranes to transport heavy materials.

* Bandsaw Operation: Set up and operate bandsaws to cut materials to required specifications.

* Material Handling: Load, transport, and store materials in the production area.

* Quality Control: Inspect materials for accuracy and quality.

* Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and use PPE.

* Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform routine checks on equipment and maintain a clean workspace.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of materials and equipment usage.

Requirements:

* Valid Forklift (FLT) Licence

* Overhead Crane Experience

* Bandsaw Operation Experience

* Strong understanding of safety practices.

* Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.

* Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
