Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Liverpool

Duration: 52 Weeks

Rate: £300 - £320 per day

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a long-term "cut and carve" conversion in Liverpool, transforming an existing building into 200 luxury apartments. The role involves full responsibility for on-site delivery, coordinating trades, managing programme and procurement, and ensuring quality and safety across all phases. Experience in internal works - including drywall, M&E installations, fit-out, and final finishes - is essential, along with strong leadership and client-facing skills to drive this complex remodelling project to successful completion.

Experience in Project Managing on similar jobsDay-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead the full delivery of the Liverpool "cut and carve" conversion project, ensuring works are completed to the highest design, quality, and programme standards.
Plan, manage, and monitor the construction programme, sequencing, and progress using project management software and digital reporting tools.
Coordinate and oversee all subcontractor activities, with particular focus on drywall, M&E installations, internal fit-out, and final finishes.
Manage procurement schedules, materials, and specialist suppliers to align with project timelines and budgets.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and building regulations throughout all stages of the conversion.
Liaise closely with the client, design team, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain clear communication.
Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain progress and mitigate delays.
Lead site meetings, track performance, and produce regular progress and cost reports.
