Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is a technical and collaborative role, managing projects from initial bid through to handover, while liaising directly with clients. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from bid stage to completion and handover

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication

*

Plan, schedule, and coordinate project resources and personnel

*

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, addressing any issues promptly

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

*

Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multi-sector civil engineering projects

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex workflows

Excellent communication and client management skills

Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and project delivery processes
