Lead, coach and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed targets
Manage KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 coaching
Plan and implement local sales campaigns to drive customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and business customers
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
