KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant

*** £80 - £90 per day
*** ‘Good’ Primary school in Walsall
*** September 2024 – July 2025
*** 2-Form entry primary school
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a highly successful team at a primary school in Walsall. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Work with the teacher to plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of individual pupils.
Support pupils with their learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.
Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and displays.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. 
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
