Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (Private Healthcare).

* Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.

* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Handle modifications and installations as required.

* Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers..

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* City & Guild Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.

Shift Pattern:

* Week 1 & 3 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

* Week 2 & 4 = Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

* 6am - 6pm Day Shifts
