Our client is seeking a New Business Executive to join their team. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and compliance, playing a key part in attracting new clients for the Property Law department and supporting revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or client management, preferably in legal or professional services, and be comfortable with compliance processes.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, converting enquiries into instructions, building strong relationships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the firm.

Responsibilities of the New Business Executive:

Respond to new client and introducer enquiries via phone, email, and online, qualifying leads and assessing their needs.
Track and follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities using the firm’s CMS.
Provide clear, tailored information, proposals, and fee estimates to prospective clients.
Promote the firm’s property services and identify opportunities to upsell additional offerings.
Manage client onboarding, collecting required information and documentation.
Complete AML checks, ID verification, and source of funds/wealth reviews.
Work closely with fee earners to ensure a smooth handover once matters are opened.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and marketing sources.
Support business development and marketing initiatives, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve agreed targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
