Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services
? Location: Birmingham
? Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

The Role:
* Lead mechanical design on a range of building services projects across residential, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
* Deliver detailed mechanical engineering designs from concept through to completion.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical engineers, architects, and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and sustainability targets.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development within the team.
Requirements:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
* Proven experience in mechanical design within a consultancy environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and CIBSE guidelines.
* Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, or IES.
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
