Care Home Manager
Location: Stirling
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 DOE

Are you an experienced and dynamic Care Home Manager looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting for a passionate and driven individual to lead a large, well-regarded care home in the Stirling area.

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the running of a large care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
Promote a culture of dignity, choice, and respect for all residents
Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing, and care quality effectively
Maintain excellent standards of governance and clinical care (if applicable) 
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Registered Manager position within a care home setting
Proven track record of driving positive outcomes in care quality and operational performance
RGN qualification is desirable but not essential
Strong knowledge of care regulations and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
