About Us

Trade Mastermind is a fast-growing business education and coaching company supporting the UK construction and trades sector. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day‑to‑day operations and help build the systems that support our next stage of growth.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, working across multiple departments, and creating structure in a scaling organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high performance culture.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the full operational engine of the business. This includes managing our CRM systems, improving processes, overseeing data accuracy, and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance.

You will design and maintain the company’s CRM architecture, ensuring workflows, automations, reporting, and data management are set up to support growth. You will then lead the rollout of these systems across all teams to ensure effective adoption and ongoing usage.

A key part of your role will involve documenting processes, creating operational standards, and developing clear workflows that reduce errors and help the business operate consistently. You will also produce operational reports and dashboards to track key performance areas including customer journeys, revenue performance, renewals, and onboarding.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to improve sales velocity, retention, forecasting, and overall operational performance. Regular audits and reviews will help identify friction points in the business and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong experience in managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or a similar platform, ideally within a SaaS, education, or fast-growing business. You should be confident implementing revenue operations frameworks, designing automation, and aligning multiple teams through structured processes.

You will have a strong understanding of system design, workflow mapping, and data governance. To thrive in this role, you should be a problem-solver who enjoys both hands‑on work and strategic thinking. Strong communication skills are important, as you will work closely with various teams and senior leaders across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming verbal processes into well‑defined systems and building operational structure that supports long‑term scalability.
