A growing Dorset-based specialist in solar maintenance is seeking a Head of Solar Maintenance to lead their field team as a Qualified Supervisor (QS). With demand for solar energy continuing to rise, this is a fantastic opportunity to take a central role in a company committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality energy solutions.

In this leadership position, you'll oversee a team of four experienced electricians, managing the maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics of solar PV systems and battery storage units across the South of the UK. While this role doesn't involve new installations, it plays a critical role in ensuring performance, reliability, and client satisfaction for solar infrastructure already in place.

The Role:

Lead, manage, and support a team of 4 field-based electricians
Supervise the repair and maintenance of solar PV and battery storage systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out fault-finding on installations
Ensure all work complies with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Support app setups, commissioning, and client technical support
Play a key role in achieving and maintaining MCS certification
Monday to Friday working schedule - no weekend work
Travel required across the South of the UK
