We are looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to join our maintenance team covering Fareham and the surrounding area. You will benefit from a company van, fuel card, local work with opportunities for call outs and overtime to increase your earnings.
 
As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will focus mainly on maintenance and repair service with additional trade skills welcomed. You will be working across social housing and commercial buildings, carrying out a mix of planned and responsive maintenance. 
 
Main responsibilities

Maintenance and repair service to void properties 
Diagnosing and rectifying faults
Ad-hoc improvements to occupied properties
Responsive repairs
Using additional trade skills where needed
Representing the team professionally as a Plumber Multi TradeWhat we need from you

NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
Must be competent in 2 other secondary skills
Social housing experience (beneficial but not essential)What's on offer:
