HOURS: Full time (Flexible, incl. evenings and weekends).

LOCATION: Daytona Tamworth, Robeys Lane, Tamworth, B78 1AR.

Daytona Tamworth is recruiting for a Front of House Manager.

Key success criteria for this role include:

An iconic motorsport venue is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead reception and catering operations at Daytona Tamworth. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing and developing the front-of-house and catering teams, and ensuring high standards of presentation, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all Front of House operations (Reception + Catering)

* Manage, train & schedule FOH staff for peak efficiency

* Set and drive commercial targets (sales & upsells)

* Oversee hygiene, presentation & compliance standards

* Deliver staff inductions and ongoing service coaching

* Support event delivery alongside Duty Managers

Candidate profile:

* Hospitality or venue-based FOH leadership experience

* Strong communicator and natural team coach

* Commercial mindset with sales experience

* High energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment

* Confident using Excel & Word for basic reporting

* Flexible across all 7 days of operation.

* Right to work in the UK.
