The Role:

Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4

Work one-to-one or with small groups

Assist with behaviour management and lesson engagement

Option to step up into Cover Supervisor roles – managing whole classes when teachers are absent

No previous school experience required – just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Full training provided!
