Salary between £35,000 - £55,000 basic (depending on the amount of experience) + £35,000 OTE (uncapped) + benefits

Building lasting client relationships through high-quality advice and annual reviews
Delivering full fact finds and tailored financial plans across investments, pensions, and protection
Generating new business through internal referrals and exceptional client service
Supporting clients with clear, jargon-free advice that aligns with their goals and legacies
Playing your part in the intergenerational advice journey – helping families plan now and for the futureWhat We’re Looking For
CAS status (essential)
Diploma Level 4 qualified as a minimum – ideally progressing towards Level 6
Experience providing financial advice across pensions, investments, and protection
A Statement of Professional Standing in place
Strong understanding of compliance and delivering great client outcomes
A team player who thrives in a high-support, high-challenge culture
