Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Freight Forwarding professional to join a dynamic and growing freight forwarding business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate export shipments (with focus on seafreight, but exposure to air/road too).
Handle carrier bookings, VGM submissions, export customs entries, and Bills of Lading instructions.
Manage cross trade shipments, liaising with overseas agents and partners.
Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Provide excellent customer service and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.
