Miller Grace are working with a highly reputable firm in Birmingham looking for an Employment Principal Associate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer looking to take a significant step forward in their career, with a clear pathway to partnership.

The Role:
You will manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
▪️Working closely with a Partner, Senior Associate, Solicitor, and King’s Counsel on a major equal pay/industrial relations project (no advocacy required as Counsel is instructed).
▪️Advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues including redundancy, disciplinary issues, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination.
▪️Handling the defence of Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish.
