Are you someone just starting in Building Services Engineering? On the tools in either an installation or maintenance role? Are you looking for a role where you can develop real-world skills, work on a variety of projects, and make an impact from day one?

TSA is working with a leading nationwide consultancy based in the West Midlands, currently looking to bring in graduate or early-career talent to join their growing team as an M&E Surveyor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into the consultancy side of engineering, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with:

Asset registers and asset verification
Plant condition surveys
Compliance audits
Working across education, healthcare, PFI, and local authority sectorsWhy This Role?

A diploma or degree (or equivalent qualification) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
A genuine interest in building services and a curiosity to learn
Someone organised, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility
A team player who can also manage their own workload when neededYou don’t need to have consultancy experience — just a solid technical foundation and the motivation to grow. If you’ve done a placement year, interned, or have experience in FM or asset management, that’s a bonus!
