NPP are recruiting for a construction biased buyer for an estblished house building company in the West Midlands area.

Due to expansion within the business there is an opportunity to join an established buying team providing support to a market leader

Duties

* Supporting the head buyer and team

* Work to timeframes

* Procuring materials to budgets to assist build programmes

* Negotiating and building relationships with suppliers

* Monitoring market trends

* Manage and raise COINS PON's and ensure timely deliveries

* Review, manage and resolve invoice queries

* Liaise with project managers and contractors
