Hospitality Lecturer/Course Leader 
Part time, 22.2 hours per week
£17,549 - £20,968 per annum
Burton Town Centre

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Lecturer to teach and inspire learners in a hands-on, real-world setting at our Mulberry Bistro/Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within highly commended restaurants and a strong desire to share their knowledge and skills with our aspiring culinary students.

This role involves delivering engaging and informative learning sessions, practical demonstrations and providing mentorship to students. It is a unique opportunity to combine teaching with live commercial service, guiding students in food and beverage operations while maintaining high standards for paying customers.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Ideal candidates would have:

Level 3 qualification in food service or similar
Recent industry experience in hospitality
Great communication and mentoring skills
Teaching qualification or willingness to gain oneEvidence of qualifications is required.
