Description
You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing CRM strategies
Analysing customer data and behaviours to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvements.
A/B testing, email building and reporting
Creating and enhancing the loyalty strategy and driving customer acquisition
Monitor and report on the performance of retention initiatives, providing actionable insights.
Working closely with marketing teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
A strong background in CRM
Demonstrable experience with CRM platforms and tools, with a focus on data analysis and campaign execution.
Proven ability to develop and implement customer retention strategies.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience in A/B testing and optimisation
Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including email and SMS campaigns.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and staying updated on industry trends.Job Offer
A salary of up to £45,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
