Occupational Health Advisor

Salary: £42,000 – £49,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Part-time options available)
Location: Swindon / Home-Based (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We have an exciting permanent opportunity offering a mix of on-site and home-based working, supporting a well-established client.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide a full range of Occupational Health services, including:

Audiometry
Spirometry
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Hand–Arm Vibration (HAVS) Assessments
Health Promotion & Wellbeing Initiatives
Pre-Employment Medicals
Phlebotomy
Vaccinations
Case Management Referrals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

Be a Registered Nurse (NMC)
Have proven experience working in Occupational Health
Be confident in delivering the clinical services listed above
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
