CNC Press Brake Op/Setter

Daily start up and shut down of the machine

Working with sheet metal, dealing with a variety of products and materials

To produce fault free products

Maintaining a tidy and organised department.

Work in accordance with company processes and procedures.

To check job paperwork and liaise with the Drawing department for tooling/program issues

Meeting production demands and targets.

To record sheet usage against scrap/waste

Ensuring quality and high standards are constantly m

Skills

Set/ Op CNC Press Brake

Excellent interpersonal skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

Excellent numeracy skills

Ability to communicate at all levels either face to face or in writing.

Working knowledge of CNC machinery

Trumpf Punch experience an advantage

Excellent work planning and organisational skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Hours of work are from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch

£14-£16 prhr depending on skill-set

Holidays are 33 per year including Bank Holidays
