Hunters 4 Staff is an established and successful national recruitment agency with exciting growth plans, based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work within various industries including Industrial, Engineering, and Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
 
This will be an office based role with potential to grow into a 360 recruitment role in the future.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Speaking with candidates and clients 
Building good relationships with both clients and agency workers
Screening applicants and matching with placements
Liaising with clients and taking bookings
Posting job advertisements
Using CV databases to search for candidates
Producing CV's for submission to clients
Interviewing candidates and arranging interviews with clients
Onboarding agency workers,  ensuring all Right To Work in order
Attending job fairs 
Any other relevant tasks  
Requirements/Qualifications

Ideally we are seeking someone who has a recruitment background but not essential 
Ability to fit in with an established team 
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work at speed and multi task
Good Microsoft skills  Benefits
