A prestigious housing developer, recognised for their high quality homes, is looking for a number 2 Site Manager to join a brand new site. This role offers progression opportunities within the business as new phases kick off.

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor health and safety standards on site
Manage and motivate site staff

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or related field
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
Valid First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction site management

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of high volume house building processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on a construction site, which may require outdoor work in various weather conditions. The Site Manager may need to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
