We are seeking a driven and versatile Service Technician / Engineer to join the team of a leading industry manufacturer - providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced capital equipment across global locations.

The Role:
Installing and commissioning complex capital equipment at client sites worldwide.

Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

Providing hands-on technical support and training to customers.

Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.

Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Accurately documenting service activities and maintaining reports.

Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to support product improvements.

Requirements:

A strong background in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Will ideally hold an apprenticeship qualification, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent qualification within mechatronics, electrical, mechanical or a similar, relevant discipline.
Previous experience servicing capital equipment such as sorting machinery, washing machinery, robots, conveyors, extruders etc.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice.

High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
