This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations from start to finish.

? About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you’ll support the Manufacturing Production Manager in coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process—from scheduling and inventory control to logistics and quality assurance. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will be essential to your success.

? Key Responsibilities

* Assist with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management

* Coordinate with materials, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

* Manage logistics including shipping, receiving, and equipment maintenance

* Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

* Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to align on responsibilities

* Oversee the full production cycle from raw materials to finished goods

* Ensure safety and quality control procedures are followed

* Maintain accurate records of production expenses and documentation

* Provide administrative support to the production team as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing production coordination role

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and software is a plus

* Full UK work authorization required

* Driving Licence required due to location
