We're working with a highly respected social housing contractor, who is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to support a new accelerated cladding remediation and retrofit programme. This is a permanent role based in Bristol, overseeing the delivery of capital, compliance and energy-efficiency works across the South West.
This Operations Manager role is offering:
£60,000-£80,000 salary, depending on experience
Annual bonus of up to 10%

Key duties of the successful Operations Manager:
Leading and managing project teams and supply chain partners
Overseeing cladding, external façade and fire remediation projects
Ensuring delivery of capital and retrofit works to programme, budget and quality standards
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Managing commercial risk, defects, complaints and handover processes
Skills needed for the Operations Manager position:
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects
Strong background in cladding, fire remediation and retrofit
Excellent leadership, stakeholder and supply chain management skills
Strong understanding of construction operations and H&S legislation
Qualifications / experience required:
Extensive project management experience in a similar environment
Experience delivering PAS2035 or similar retrofit programmes
SMSTS and CSCS desirable
