What you’ll be doing:

Leading audit engagements from planning to completion

*

Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing regular feedback

*

Ensuring compliance with audit standards and company policies

*

Producing audit findings reports and identifying key risks

*

Building strong relationships with clients, adapting your approach to their needs

*

Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience

*

Continuously developing your own technical expertise and supporting team growth

What we’re looking for:

*

ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)

*

Experience delivering audit and accounts services within a practice setting

*

A strong understanding of auditing and accounting standards (FRS/IFRS)

*

Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike

*

Ability to manage risk and maintain audit quality

*

Experience with CaseWare and CCH is a bonus, but not essential

*

A natural team leader with great problem-solving skills
