Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced business sales team. This role is ideal for someone with previous business sales experience looking for new challenges and excellent career prospects.
As a Trade Sales Support Executive, you will support the sales team, manage bespoke customer product requests, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Manage bespoke customer product requests from start to finish, liaising with the Purchasing team
Handle incoming account and sales enquiries via phone and email, logging all information in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders
Respond to customer queries for over 3,000 products
Create and implement sales pipelines within target industries to drive growth across new product ranges
Ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a seamless experience
Who You Are
Experienced in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong communicator via telephone, email, and face-to-face
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong numeracy skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to think ahead
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
B2B sales experience in the home and garden sector is advantageous
