Job Title: Programme Manager – Legal Sector

Location: London, hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

Duration: 6-12 months initial fixed term (potential to convert to permament)

We have a new opportunity for a senior Programme Manager to lead on an engagement with a high-profile legal customer, based in Central London. This client is an internationally-recognised global law firm that is currently undergoing enterprise level change initiatives within their IT function.

Role:

Priorities of the Programme Manager will include:

* Define workstreams and secure approval

* Agree workstream leads, key milestone and define programme plans

* Identify workstream and programme interdependencies

* Redefine governance structure and reporting

The successful Programme Manager will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience in delivering high-value transformation programmes, encompassing technology and business-driven change within a consulting environment

* Legal industry experience is essential

* A proven background in managing budgets of c.£10million

* A ‘can do – will do’ attitude

* Vendor management, statement of works and commercial frameworks experience

* Dealing with ambiguity and comfortable with priority setting

* Strong stakeholder management experience, up to C level within global organisations

* Program reporting – extensive experience in reporting program and project status, progress, and issues within the project team as well as to managers and staff, and relevant Business stakeholders

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
