Job Description:

Spire Healthcare, a leading private hospital provider, is recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join their ward teams in Southampton. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care on inpatient wards

Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient conditions

Administer medications in accordance with policies and procedures

Support patients throughout their treatment and recovery

Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain clinical governance and patient safety standards

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN)

*

Previous ward experience required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
