Curriculum Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover) [Ref: WC4046] 

Pro rata of £24,405 - £24,502 per annum (i.e. £21,213.58 - £21,297.89) 

37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year 

Are you looking for a term time role where you can work with a friendly and hardworking team of administrative assistants, and where no two days are ever the same? If so, this is the perfect role for you! This position is crucial in supporting the curriculum, as it involves interacting with students, liaising with staff and stakeholders, and playing an integral part in the college community.

As a Curriculum Administrative Assistant, you'll be part of a team that supports all college departments, and you'll have a pivotal role in ensuring the curriculum positively impacts the lives of our learners. We’re looking for someone with a proficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Since this role is customer-facing, we need you to be a confident communicator.

This dynamic role requires you to be agile and comfortable with multitasking. You'll receive support throughout the year to enhance your skills and occasionally, we will need you to assist with events outside of regular working hours, such as Parents/Carers and Open Evenings.

This role is for a fixed term period of maternity cover (effective from 26th August 2025) for a maximum of one year, or the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
