Onsite Sign Fitter Labourer

Based in Colchester – Nationwide Travel Required

£30,500 – rising to £31,000 after 6 months

We are currently seeking motivated and hands-on Onsite Sign Fitters to join a well-established and growing team within a leading marketing and signage business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, a full UK driving licence, and a CSCS card to build a long-term career. If you’re ambitious, reliable and eager to learn, you could quickly progress to Team Leader, Surveyor, or Project Manager roles.

* £23 overnight bonus added to salary per night

Onsite Sign Fitter Labourer Job Role:

* Install a variety of signage including post-mounted, hoardings, illuminated signage, fascia and cladding, vinyl applications, and shopfitting

* Maintain exceptional quality standards on all installations

* Follow health and safety procedures and company standards

* Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on site

Onsite Sign Fitter Labourer Skills Required:

* Full UK Driving Licence (must be able to drive a company van)

* Valid CSCS Card

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Willing to travel across the UK and complete overnight stays when required

Desirable (but not essential)

* PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, Working at Height, or CAT Scanner certification
