Service Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Scottish law firm who are looking to appoint a Rural Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have experience in rural property, but we are also open to applications from solicitors with commercial or residential conveyancing experience looking to transition into rural practice.

The role: 

• Advising farming families, estate owners, and rural businesses on a wide range of property and agricultural issues
• Handling sales and purchases of rural property, security work, and agricultural tenancies
• Working on renewable energy and development projects
• Acting in estate, country house, and forestry transactions

The candidate: • Qualified Solicitor in Scots Law (NQ+ considered)
• Ideally some experience in rural, commercial, or residential property
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own caseload
