CareerMakers Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Leeds, LS9.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the planning and organisation.

* Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination support to a team of employees.

* Responsible for day-to-day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities.

* Monitor and supervise the activities of the production team to ensure effective performance of job duties.

* Assign work schedules and tasks to technical employees.

* Ensure the manufacturing and production team comply with set health and safety policies when carrying out job duties.

* Analyse and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or issues.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 11am - 8pm

Payrate: £16.57 - £18.35
