Mobile Gas Engineer

Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (30 minutes personal travel time each way)
On-Call: 1 in 8 (£150 standby + paid overtime)

As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial gas systems across a diverse range of properties. You’ll take pride in delivering a safe, compliant, and efficient service — ensuring critical buildings remain operational for the people and services that rely on them every day.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term, stable public sector contract where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a close-knit regional engineering team, supported by a company that values professional development, invests in upskilling, and rewards performance.

What we’re looking for:

* Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1A)

* Gas Safe Registered

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Heating & Ventilation (or equivalent)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong experience within commercial building services/FM environments

* Excellent fault-finding skills and commitment to health and safety
