The Role – Behaviour Support Assistant
A well-regarded primary school in Enfield is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025. This long-term role involves working closely with pupils who need additional behaviour support—both inside and outside the classroom.
The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, able to build positive relationships with pupils, and work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to manage behaviour effectively and consistently.
