CNC Setter/Operator – Night Shift
Location: Storrington
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 17:30–04:00 (40 hours)
Pay: £17.00 – £18.60 per hour, depending on experience

An established manufacturing business in Storrington is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their night shift team. This is a hands-on role for someone confident in both setting and operating CNC punching and water jet machines.

Key Responsibilities for CNC Setter/Operator:

Set up and operate CNC punching and water jet cutting machinery

*

Read and interpret technical drawings to produce parts to precise specifications

*

Maintain quality standards throughout production runs

*

Perform machine checks, routine maintenance and report any faults

*

Work independently while contributing to a wider team effort

*

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements for CNC Setter/Operator​​​​​​​::

Demonstrable experience with CNC punching machines and/or water jet cutting

*

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances

*

High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

*

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

*

Comfortable working fixed night shifts Monday to Thursday
