The Opportunity

My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a long term steel frame, industrial unit development in Manchester. 
 
Our client is a well established main contractor with a growing reputation for high-quality project delivery on an international level! Having delivered successfully across many leading developments on a global scale, they are looking to continue building their strong reputation in the North West.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead their £18m industrial unit project that is part of several developments in a long term scheme. 

If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7+ years experience with a main contractor, and ready to hit the ground running, this could be the next step in your career! You must have experience working on industrial units.  

Remuneration

£75,000 - £85,000 per annum
