Lead and manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction stages
Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver on sustainability objectives
Collect and submit documentation to support BREEAM credits
Provide technical sustainability advice throughout project lifecycles
Keep up to date with BREEAM updates and sustainability regulations
Contribute to the strategic growth of the consultancy's environmental servicesWhat You'll Bring:

Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years' experience in consultancy or the built environment
Excellent communication and project management skills
Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or engineering
BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus
Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervisionInterested?
